How to request a refund

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Made-to-order items

Because each piece is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind once production has started.

90-day warranty

If you added the 90-Day Warranty, we'll cover defects for 90 days from delivery.
